We founded Ultimate Bathrooms with one principle in mind - providing an incredible shopping experience for our customers which will not cost a fortune. We are a small family run company that works hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on never straying from our founding principles. All non-faulty, returned items will be subject to a 35% re-handling fee, on the non discounted price
Special order and made to measure goods must be paid for in full before ordering and are non refundable.
Goods should be checked for shortages and/ or damage and must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Returned goods must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns will be accepted within 28 Days of Purchase.
Photos of damaged goods should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within the stated time frame.
Faulty items will only be covered in accordance with the manufacturer warranty terms and or as stated by consumer law, this is a normally 12 months Please note this may be lower for perishable/consumable goods.
Please contact us as soon as a fault is found, we cannot simply accept "it went wrong months ago" if the warranty has expired.
Bathroom furniture is water resistant only and adequate precautions should be taken to ensure that there is adequate ventilation. Furniture that is allowed to become persistently wet will fail and this is not covered under the manufactures guarantee.
Local Deliveries are free.
Local delivery is from Shoeburyness to Hullbridge and everything in between. Out of Area Deliveries are available at an extra cost.
Same day delivery only applies to items held in-stock. Normal delivery time for non-stock items is 3 - 5 working days.
Deliveries are ground floor and doorstop only- All other requirements should be discussed at the time of ordering and may incur additional costs. Due to single crew deliveries, request at the time of delivery will be politely declined
Deliveries are Monday to Friday only- Saturday deliveries may incur additional costs.
All orders require a minimum of 50% deposit- The outstanding balance is due on or before delivery
Guarantees are with the manufacturer not Ultimate Bathrooms.
Customers should ensure that they keep their receipts, as the guarantees are void without proof of purchase (GDPR legislation restricts our ability to hold the customers information.
All prices include VAT at the current rate.
Ultimate Bathrooms do not offer a fitting service. All fitting queries should be directed towards the company that carried out the installation.
The customer should ensure that they leave adequate time for their goods to be available for fitting. Ultimate Bathrooms will not be responsible for delays in fitting, where insufficient time has not been allowed.
Ultimate Bathrooms will not accept responsibility for any faults that are due to incorrect or poor fitting of goods.
